If you changed your mind or if you are not 100 % satisfied you can get a full refund of the purchase price (one-time payments), a refund of the most recent monthly payment (monthly subscriptions) or a refund from the most recent month you paid (annual subscriptions).
You can get a refund for up to 14 days from the purchase date. If you would like to request a refund, please get in touch with our support and we will process your refund within 14 days.
Changes to this Refund Policy
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace this refund policy at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined in our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised refund policy. If you do not agree to the revised refund policy, you are no longer authorised to use the service.
